Our manufacturing technique, a combination of high technology and precision manual work, integrated with our knowledge and expertise, enable us to produce instruments that are always true to pattern, extremely precise and consistent high quality.
For our instruments with tungsten carbide inserts, we use only high quality nickel-bound tungsten carbide tips, well known for their high corrosion resistance and low wear. Furthermore, we constantly deliver the highest quality needle-holder by vacuum soldering the tungsten carbide inserts, rather than straight manual soldering.
