Single fixation - optimized intraoperative manipulation
The myoma drill can be removed from the instrument after fixation of the myoma, i.g. the drill remains in the myoma.
The drill can be reattached through a different port.
A wide endosciopic manipulation radius is achieved.
No necessity to grasp the myoma again.
The myoma screw can be combined with different handles.
Application:
Fixation of the myoma.
Leaving the fixed drill inserted and removing the instrument.
Passing the instrument through a different port and grasping the drill anew. The drill can, if necessary, also be grasped laterally with other instruments.
